Salary For DWO Sundargarh Guest Teacher Recruitment 2023
- The PGT Buest teachers shall be paid Rs.400/- per class/ period and not exceeding Rs.16000/- per month.

Selection Process For DWO Sundargarh Guest Teacher Recruitment 2023
- Assignment of Marks: Marks will be awarded to candidates based on the following criteria, and a merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained: a. Career Weightage (50 marks):
- 1st division – 50 marks
- 2nd division with a minimum of 50% marks – 30 marks b. Teaching Experience (30 marks):
- 1 year of experience – 10 marks
- 2 years of experience – 20 marks
- 3 years and above of experience – 30 marks c. Interview (20 marks)
Total: 100 marks
- Teaching Experience Calculation: Ten (10) months of teaching experience will be considered as one year, and candidates will be awarded 10 marks for each year of experience, with a maximum limit of 30 marks. Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will still receive a maximum of 30 marks. The experience certificate must be issued by the educational institution where the candidate worked and should include the issue number, date, and the signature and seal of the head of the institution.
- Merit List: The merit list of candidates will be prepared based on their total marks out of 100, as explained above.
- Tie-Breaker: In case two or more candidates have the same total marks, the candidate with a higher percentage of marks in their B.Ed. qualification will be given preference.
- Validity: The merit list will remain valid for one (1) year.
